0 PGMA gets an SWS "bad" rating again

President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo's net satisfaction rating dropped once again, as 59 percent of the 1,200 respondents were dissatisfied with her performance, according to the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey.

Moreover, only 26 percent of the respondents found Arroyo's performance satisfying, giving the president a "bad" net rating of minus 32.

It shows that the president's latest net satisfaction rating is lower compared to the minus 24 rating rating in December and minus 27 rating in September.

The March 16 survey also shows that the dissatisfaction heightens "surprisingly" in the Visayas and Mindanao.

"Net satisfaction with President Arroyo became more negative in the Visayas, at bad minus 33 in February, from poor minus 14 last December," SWS reported.

"Dissatisfaction with the President worsened in Mindanao, at bad minus 40 now, from poor minus 22 previously," it added.

The latest SWS survey on the public's satisfaction on the president's performance was conducted from February 20 to 23, using 300 respondents each in Metro Manila, the balance of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
