The Dallas Mavericks drew homecourt advantage for the last time, scored hundred-plus points in the series for the first time, and edged to their first title for the third time in the tie-breaking Game Five of the NBA Finals.
The 112-103 difference takes Mavs to a 3-2 lead, requiring them to pull off a victory before the "formidable" biggies of the Miami Heat--sarcasm aside--tie the Finals at 3-3. And Game Seven is something that the Mavs believers are not looking forward to take place!

Kapamilya bosses, celebs and employees gathered this morning at the Studio 10 for the Bayan ng Bayani (The ABS-CBN Flag Ceremony). The said event showcased the launch of DZMM's new station ID--in line with its 25th anniversary--and ABS-CBN's new star-studded Lupang Hinirang video.
The "Bida Best, Bida Bayani" campaign, which was instrumental in the commemoration of Jose Rizal's 150th birthday, and the "Larunungan" project, which aims to amass toy donations for kindergartens, were also launched.
But I was honestly not focused on the benevolence that the Kapamilya network wants to channel--blame it on the Azkals! Yes, the Azkals! They were at my elbow, and sorry to say this, I got the chance to pose with [drum roll, please!] JAMES YOUNGHUSBAND! He was sooo eye candy, I didn't even give a damn calling Anne Curtis' attention!
